During the last two years we’ve carried out a complete review of the syllabus to ensure it meets the needs of teachers and learners. As a result, we’ve made some important changes:
- A new Initial Grade for Piano
- New scales requirements and supporting resources
- A one-year overlap period, with the 2019 & 2020 syllabus valid until 31 December (all three pieces and the scales requirements must be prepared from the same syllabus

- Duets from Initial Grade to Grade 3
