Well maintained and loved, faithful practice piano. Excellent exterior, interior is clean. Everything in good working condition. Pretty sound, Heater on all the time, regularly tuned and regulated by Yamaha. Each time, not much needs to be done as piano is very stable, but I still have it checked out each year. Selling as I would like to try owning another brand. Will consider gifting this piano if you have a compelling story and it would go to a good home where it can continue to live and serve.
