Very good condition; some scratches on external parts
Handled with loving care
Heater always turned on, non-smoking household, room is air-conditioned from night till morning
Most recently tuned in Jan 2023 (record/receipt available)
We can arrange for professional piano movers at additional $150-200 depending on location and lift access

Reason for selling:
We inherited another piano from a relative. That piano is 56yo and is probably too old to sell away, and it's also too sentimental as it’s been with the family for two generations. (See both pianos in our small flat: http://bit.ly/3LC7Zlo )
