The grand piano is purchased in year 2010-2011 from Yamaha Thomson Plaza.

Age and place of manufacture: Based on internet research of serial number, its built c. 2009 in Hamamatsu, Japan.

Condition: Excellent condition. Regularly tuned and always heated. Didnt really use it as much as normal pianist would because i'm a singer. Changed the keys to polished finish because wasnt used to the matt finish it came with.

It is a Disklavier Mark III which enables it to do midi recording, can "self play" like those hotel pianos, and can be switched to an e-piano mode, which includes some sample sounds, which means it also has speakers inside. But its a bit outdated compared to the ones that can be used with iphones and all but i dont imagine you using the function much unless its for a hotel).
