Selling away this beautiful 8+ year old YUS 1 Yamaha upright piano. It has been kept in very good condition with heater switched on 24/7, the back of the piano is wrapped with plastic (to prevent dust from collecting) and it has been regularly tuned every 6 months - 1 year by a very experience piano technician (which I would recommend to the buyer).

The YUS series of Yamaha features its high-end upright piano that is made with its highest quality. They are all made and assembled in Japan, hence the quality of the piano is guaranteed. The piano is also suitable for any piano student who wants to use it for exam practice as it meets the exam piano requirement. In addition, it certainly does has better sound quality as compared to its U models.

The reason that I am selling this piano is because, the piano has been under-utilized ever since I stopped piano lesson in order to further my studies academically. It has only been played once in a while when I am free. It is a waste to leave such a good piano sitting there and not using it, I see it as a waste of its true potential. Hence I would like to sell to interested buyers who will be utilizing the piano more and at the same time enjoy the use of it.
