Description: 

PACO exam piano piece, about 10 years old and exterior has obvious wear and tear.
Need to arrange your own delivery and on high floor; need to use the lift.

We have done some tuning for the piano over the years but will need some maintenance. All keys are playable.

A lot of scratches and the stool has chipped wood, the leather piping is coming out, missing one button.

Will clean exterior as best as we can. Location at Jalan Bukit Merah/ Queensway area. Price is negotiable but do not lowball, can do viewing but only for sincere buyers.
