Last tuned the piano as of last year

Installed a backing for the piano so that it does not need to be placed next to a wall ( can pm me for picture)

Added a stopper by the side of the piano so that the piano can be closed gently. Also for safety precautions.

Piano can be used up to grade 8.

Heater is advised to be turned on 24/7.

Comes with 2 chairs

Buyer to arrange their own transport.
